Corporate Weeks

Reward high performance
with a week they never forget.

NAORA gives companies up to 30 days a year aboard a Fountaine Pajot Thira 80 that never stops moving. Use them as corporate weeks: an incentive for the people who hit the target, a bonus that beats cash, or days at sea with your leadership team, suppliers and key clients.

Your group joins the yacht somewhere along its global route and steps off further down the passage. It is a reward no hotel, conference venue or chartered week in the same bay can match — and you organise nothing: crew, chef, navigation, logistics and clearances are all carried by NAORA.

30
Days a year

One long programme, or several corporate weeks spread across the season.

1
Group at a time

No shared spaces, no other guests. The yacht is entirely yours.

Locations

The route keeps moving, so no two corporate weeks happen in the same place.

0
Things to arrange

Send a date and a guest list. Everything else is handled.

Who steps on board

Reward the people who earned it.

Every group has a different objective — reward, alignment, relationships or retention. The environment is the same; what you use it for is up to you.

High performers

The reward that outlasts a bonus. Cash is spent and forgotten within a month; a corporate week sailing an unrepeatable stretch of coastline is retold for years — and it is seen by everyone who did not qualify.

Sales & commercial teams

The prize at the top of the leaderboard. Put a week on board on the board and watch what the quarter does — an incentive that is impossible to compare with vouchers, watches or a city trip.

C-level & board

Off-site strategy without the meeting room. Rank fades at sea, conversations get honest, and decisions that stalled for months move in a single afternoon at anchor.

Suppliers & partners

Days at sea with the people your business depends on. Shared meals, shared watches, shared silence — relationships no supplier dinner can produce.

Key clients

An invitation nobody else can extend. Private, unhurried, and impossible to compare with any hospitality package on the market.

New & key hires

Signal from day one how this organisation rewards exceptional people, and integrate them into the culture faster than any onboarding programme.

How it works

Four steps,
and one phone call.

01

You pick a week and a region

The yacht is always somewhere along its global route. You tell us when your corporate week should happen and roughly where; we confirm which stretch of the route matches.

02

You pick who earned it

One group at a time — your top performers, your sales winners, your leadership team, your suppliers or your clients. The guest list is entirely yours.

03

They fly in, the yacht is waiting

Guests join at the harbour we agree on and step off at another. No repositioning weeks, no marina waiting time: the passage continues with your group on board.

04

NAORA runs everything

Crew, chef, provisioning, navigation, port clearances, diving, water sports and shore excursions. Nothing to organise, nothing to manage.

Why it works

A bonus nobody can copy

Better than a bonus

A cash bonus disappears into a salary account. A week at sea becomes a story, a photo wall and a target the whole team wants to hit next year.

A moving stage, not a venue

The ship keeps sailing. Every corporate week happens somewhere different, so no two groups ever get the same programme.

Hierarchy fades

Titles matter less when everyone watches the same horizon. Rank dissolves into role and the conversation becomes real.

Retention you can feel

People rarely leave the year after they were rewarded like this. The invitation says more about their value than any review cycle.

Absolute privacy

One group at a time, no other guests, full crew discretion. Nothing said on board leaves the boat.

Zero logistics

You send a guest list and a date. Provisioning, crew, routing and clearances are handled before anyone arrives.

Formats

How companies use their weeks

Performance reward week

5 to 7 days

The prize for the people who moved the numbers this year — the alternative to the cash bonus.

Incentive trip

3 to 7 days

A qualification-based programme: hit the target, earn the week on board.

Leadership off-site

3 to 5 days

Strategy, alignment or conflict resolution for a leadership team or board.

Client & supplier hosting

2 to 5 days

Relationship days with partners, distributors or key accounts.

Back-to-back weeks

Up to 30 days

Several groups joining in sequence as the yacht moves along the route.

A day aboard

Guests follow rhythm,
not a schedule.

Dinner on deck during a corporate programme on board
Morning

Wake at anchor. Swim before breakfast. Space to think before the group comes together.

Midday

Sailing, diving, exploring an anchorage that most people will never see. The body moves and the mind opens.

Afternoon

Deep work, a session on deck, or nothing at all. Both are productive at sea.

Evening

A chef-prepared meal on deck, and the conversation that keeps going long after it. Where trust is actually built.

The route

Join the passage,
wherever it is.

The Thira 80 follows one continuous global route. Groups join and leave along the way, which means the yacht never sits waiting in a marina — and every programme has a different coastline, a different anchorage and a different story to tell afterwards.

Questions

Corporate weeks, answered

How many corporate days a year can our company use?

Up to 30 days a year on board. You can use them as one long programme or split them into several corporate weeks for different groups as the yacht moves along its route.

Can we use this as a bonus or incentive scheme?

Yes — that is the most common use. Companies set a target for the year and the qualifying group earns a week on board. It is an incentive people compete for, unlike a cash bonus that disappears into a salary account.

Does the yacht stay in one place for us?

No — and that is the point. The Thira 80 keeps sailing its global route. Your group joins at an agreed harbour along the way and steps off further down the passage, so every corporate week takes place somewhere different.

Who can we bring on board?

Anyone you select: high performers, sales winners, C-level and board members, suppliers, distributors, key clients, new hires or founders and investors. One party at a time, never shared with other guests.

How large can a group be?

The Fountaine Pajot Thira 80 hosts a small group in private cabins with full crew. We confirm the exact number per programme so the experience keeps its depth — this is not a large-scale event format.

What is included?

Crew, chef and provisioning, route planning, port logistics and clearances, on-board activities such as diving, snorkelling and water sports, and full operational management before and during the week.

Can we add a facilitator or coach?

Yes. Some groups need nothing more than the environment itself; for others NAORA works with experienced executive coaches and facilitators who know how to use it.

How far in advance should we book?

Because the yacht follows a planned route, weeks are allocated per region and per season. The earlier you indicate a period, the more choice you have in where along the route your group joins.

How do we start?

Leave your name, email and phone number with country code. We call you back and go through dates, group size, region and the full programme personally.

Tell us who you want on board. We’ll call you back with the dates and the route.
