Corporate retreat locations
along one global route.
Most corporate retreat locations are a choice between hotels and conference resorts. This one is a route: a Lagoon Eigthy2 expedition catamaran sailing a five-year passage around the world, with 187+ destinations and more than 42,000 nautical miles between them.
You pick the region and the dates that suit your calendar. Your team of 10–12 steps on board wherever the yacht is at that moment, and NAORA runs crew, chef, navigation and logistics for the week.

Eleven regions, one continuous passage
Each region is approached at the right moment of the year, following seasons, trade winds and weather windows. The seasons below indicate when a region is typically available for a corporate week.
Mediterranean
Balearics, Corsica, Sardinia and the Greek islands. Short flights from most European headquarters, warm evenings and quiet anchorages within easy reach of a city airport — the simplest starting point for a first corporate retreat at sea.
Atlantic Islands
Madeira, the Canaries and Cape Verde. Volcanic coastlines, long ocean horizons and reliable weather when the Mediterranean season closes. A strong option for an end-of-year reward week.
Caribbean
The Grenadines, the Leeward and Windward Islands and the Bahamas. Short hops between islands, protected water for swimming and diving, and the classic winter escape for teams flying from Europe or North America.
Panama
The San Blas archipelago and the Panama Canal transit. A rare, genuinely memorable passage — few corporate programmes can offer a canal crossing as part of the week.
South Pacific
French Polynesia, the Tuamotus, Tonga and Fiji. Lagoons, atolls and distances that make the week feel entirely removed from the office. Suited to longer programmes given the travel time.
Indonesia
Raja Ampat, Komodo and the Banda Sea. Some of the richest diving on the planet, reachable only by boat, with anchorages that no hotel can replicate.
Southeast Asia
Thailand, Malaysia and the Andaman Sea. Limestone islands, calm water and convenient regional hubs for teams based in Singapore, Hong Kong or the Gulf.
Indian Ocean
The Maldives, Seychelles and Chagos. Clear water, atolls and long stretches of open sea between them. A natural fit for small executive groups and board-level off-sites.
Africa
The East African coast, Zanzibar and the Mozambique Channel. Culture and coastline in the same week, with the option to combine the retreat with a land-based programme.
Red Sea
Sudanese and Egyptian reefs, and the passage north towards Suez. Exceptional diving and a quiet route back towards Europe.
Mediterranean Return
The route closes where it began. Familiar cruising grounds, with the added weight of a yacht that has sailed around the world in the meantime.
Why a route beats
a single address.
The venue moves
A hotel is one place for the whole week. Here the location changes daily — a different bay, island or anchorage each morning, without anyone repacking a suitcase.
One group on board
No other guests, no conference floor next door, no lobby. The yacht is private to your group of 10–12 for the full week.
Access beyond the road network
Many of the best anchorages along the route have no hotel, no airstrip and no crowd. They are reachable only by boat.
One all-in arrangement
Accommodation, crew, chef, navigation, meals and logistics sit in one budget line instead of a dozen supplier invoices.

Check the travel time
European teams often choose the Mediterranean, the Atlantic islands or the Caribbean. Asian and Gulf teams tend towards Southeast Asia, Indonesia or the Indian Ocean.

A reward week for top performers, a board off-site and a key-client programme each suit a different pace and region.
